Gostiny Dvor is waiting for reconstruction

The project in 2014 created the “Studio 44”. According to the concept, a park with a pond and a mini-golf course, a fitness center, an exhibition center, a cinema, a media library and a concert hall will appear in the courtyard of the building. On the side of the Perinny Rows, a restaurant line is being set up, on the side of Lomonosov - underground parking for 700 cars.

Total work will require 300 million rubles. Now there is not enough money, so the project will be implemented in parts. The restoration of the facades has already begun.
