Immediately, two Petersburg institutions were in the ranking of the best restaurants in the world.
This year "The World’s 50 Best Restaurants" the most prestigious restaurant rating in the world, has included 120 restaurants, including two St. Petersburg restaurants.
"Urozhay" Dmitry Blinov and Renata Malikov, who specializes in vegetables, got 92nd place. The restaurant occupies two floors: with the main hall and a platform for events. The name translates as “harvesting”: in an institution you can appreciate cabbage with morel sauce or beets with black currant, as well as fish and seafood.
At the 104th position is Matilda Shnurova's "Cococo", which offers Russian cuisine in a new interpretation. Visitors are offered to try cabbage soup with three types of cabbage, pike meatballs, ravioli with celery puree, ice cream according to GOST in a waffle cone, pies and specialty dessert with a broken flower pot “Mother’s favorite flower”.
