From May 26 to September 30, the Palace Bridge will be bred to classical music from operas and ballets. The unique show has an open-air philharmonic format. This year, on both sides of the bridge, scenes will be set up for the artists to perform, and on June 22 a special concert will be held in memory of the beginning of World War II.
The program of performances will consist of music by composers whose work is inseparably connected with Petersburg - these are Georgy Sviridov, Pyotr Tchaikovsky, Sergey Rakhmaninov, Nikolai Rimsky-Korsakov, Dmitry Shostakovich and other classics.
In addition, this year the organizers are planning to broadcast on the roadway of the Palace Bridge. Also, the show will be shown daily on the Internet.
