From May 23 to July 29, the Mariinsky Theater will host the Stars of the White Nights festival, which will host over 200 performances and concerts in the main and new stages, as well as in the Concert Hall.

The festival opens with the premiere of Giuseppe Verdi's opera Falstaff, directed by Italian director Andrea De Rosa. The festival of opera "Aida" and "The Magic Flute", as well as the ballet "Humpbacked Horse" will be closed.

In St. Petersburg Anna Netrebko, Placido Domingo, Lucas Debarg, Denis Matsuev, as well as many other opera and ballet artists, pianists, violinists and cellists will perform. Separate programs timed to the 100th anniversary of the death of Claude Debussy and the 200th anniversary of Marius Petipa.
