On July 25 and 26, the Russian Guild of Managers and Developers (RGDU) will hold the 4th Baikal Summit. Specialists in real estate - architects, builders, investors and others - will discuss how the city should look like in the future. Experts will make presentations and take part in the discussions. As the organizers of the summit told KudaGo, on the first day of the participants they are waiting for acquaintance with the Irkutsk real estate objects. During the bus tour, the guests will visit the cottage settlements "Crystal Park" and "Horizon", as well as a new school in the Molodezhny microdistrict. On the second day, presentations, master classes and discussions of the current problems of the industry will take place at the site of the Baikal Bank PJSC Sberbank. Organizers are invited to join the summit of experts and partners. Until July 15, the cost of participation for one person is 3 500 rubles, after - 4 000 rubles. For two or more participants and customers of Sberbank, prices are lower by 500 rubles. The members of the RGDU can attend the event for free.
