From May 25 on the beach of the Peter and Paul Fortress the spectacular festival of sand sculptures begins. The masters will recreate the sights and monuments of the historical center of St. Petersburg, included in the UNESCO World Heritage List, as well as monuments of art from all over the world.
Already, huge cubes of sand on the banks of the Neva are transformed into amazing compositions.
