Exhibition «Magic of carnival» - one of the brightest exhibitions of spring vacations

This spring the Venice of the North was swept by a wave of bright fantasy carnival: in the Art Bank there is a beautiful exhibition of traditional masks - an integral part of the annual costume festival.
