Large-scale festival will be held throughout Russia from April 20 to May 10. 450 best restaurants from 30 cities will take part. All sets will be sold at a fixed price - 990 rubles, and there will also be a discount for unusual desserts.
In St. Petersburg, for example, in the institution "Maymun" they will serve a set: strachitella with an apple, zucchini and grapes; spring roll with eel and tuna sauce; pikeperch with fennel and cauliflower salad with green sauce. And in the restaurant "Gastronomika" will be served a dessert set called "Pavlova" with cherries for 350 rubles.
Italian cuisine, namely homemade maccheroni with Neapolitan tomatoes and ricotta, you can try in Italy on Bolshaya Gruzinskaya street. Huge set will present in the restaurant Schengen. Here, for 990 rubles, you can order venison tartare on malt crackers, dorado fillet with a cod brandy, camembert brioche and a glass of wine.
Usually during the festival restaurants focus on local products or traditional recipes of the regions.
